MESSAGE FROM THE EDITOR-IN-CHIEF

​Happy New Year AHIP Members!

Although it doesn't really look like winter, at least not where I am, it doesn't change the fact that the calendar tells us it is. For our first article, Bradley Kesser, the Professor of Otology and Neurotolgy at the University of Virginia, writes some tips to help turn down tinnitus. He also contributes an article on the new  Over-the-Counter (OTC) hearing aid act that was passed in the United States. Switching to a more fun topic, Madeleine Burry writes about 'Deafmetal', jewelery for hearing aid wearers. Finally, we have another article that I wrote for the Business of Hearing. This time is about how I changed the way I build my team at Arnold Hearing Centres. I hope you enjoy!
