Most of our professional staff are not only employees but also co-owners/partners with us in the clinic they work in. This provides them with the opportunity to make more money than anyone would ever pay them as employees alone. They can earn money three ways: 1) salary and benefits, 2) profits sharing 3) equity (when you retire/leave we will buy back your interest in the clinic and you will receive a large payment). Separate from compensation co-ownership/partnering offers you the opportunity to come to work each day to a clinic that is yours. Hear Right is a real partner and together with will manage and grow the clinic. We  aim for a dynamic and flexible work environment. In addition to providing a high level of care, we aim to make our work environment a fun and enjoyable place to work.
